Algae Free/AD: Safe, Non-Toxic, Non-Corrosive, Bio-Degradable A highly concentrated, blend of unique cleaning agents. Rapidly breaks down the bio-film which causes slimy, clogging bio-slime. Regular use keeps wash/rinse water clean and fresh. Safe for use in all NDT and X-Ray Processors, Photographic Film and Paper Processors and in Ultrasonic, Inspection and Static Tanks. Proven safe. Algae Free/AD will not cause film or print instability and is left in the tanks during processing. No need to drain before use.
1. Automatic Dosing: For use through the Hydra ADE24/TX anti-algae system. Our dosing system automatically doses Algae Free/AD into the wash water supplying the wash tank. This keeps the entire wash water system including tank, overflow, pipes and drains spotlessly clean 24/7. Eliminates hand dosing together with its related problems. 2. Manual Dosing: Algae Free/AD can also be used without the ADE24/TX system to hand dose wash tanks. Add 25ml daily to each 50 litres wash water.
3. Static, Inspection and Ultra Sonic Tanks. 1 litre treats up to 1,000 litres water. Added to clean water stop slime build-up.
