HOW TO ORDER
You may place your order in the following ways:
On-Line
Use our convenient on-line ordering. All on-line orders require a credit
card for payment, COD's are not accepted. Existing commercial customers
with approved terms should enter your customer number and select other
for payment. You will receive, within 24 hours an order confirmation
via E-mail.
Telephone, Fax or Mail
If you prefer to speak with a representative, call our toll free ordering
line 1-800-444-0977 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time. You can
also fax an order to us at 1-423-323-5906. Telephone and fax orders
require a credit card or COD for payment.
FAQ's
Will I receive an E-mail confirmation for my order?
Yes, we will send an email to the address provided within 24 hours to
confirm that we have received your order. Also please save the order
number provided on the check out page. This should be used if you need
to refer to your order. Please be sure that the E-mail address and/or
telephone number that you provide is accurate so we may contact you
if we have any questions.
When will my credit card be charged?
Typically the card will be charged the same day your order ships. Back
orders will not be charged until they ship.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If the order has been damaged in transit please have the UPS driver
note the damage, if the package is left by the driver call UPS at 1-800-PICK
UPS and report the damage. They will issue a claim number; call us with
the claim number so we can reship your order. If you have any questions
about your order, call 1-800-444-0977.
SHIPPING
At this time, your shipping charges are not included in your
online order total. We charge our customers only what it costs us to
get your order to you. We weight your package and process it through
the UPS system, charging you only what it actually costs to ship. There
are no mark ups or hidden charges. All orders within the United
States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service. Most
areas east of the Mississippi are delivered within two days. West coast
shipments may take as many as 5 days depending on location. Shipping
by US Postal Service is available, however this may delay shipping your
order by a day due to requirements that they must now be taken to the
postal facility.
If you need your order faster, we offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day
Air, and 3 Day Select. Please call ClimaxDigital 1-800-444-0977 if you
require these services. Express orders are not available on-line, although
most orders ship within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can be placed on-line Most foreign orders are shipped
by the United States Postal Service and all of their restrictions apply.
Shipping cost is calculated on a per order basis. International orders
may also be placed by telephone or FAX. Please note that as of 1/01/08,
International orders are subject to a $5.00 customs processing fee.
RETURNS
In the event you wish to return an item, please call 1-800-444-0977
or send an email to sales @climaxdigital.com. An RMA number will be
issued. No returns are accepted without prior RMA approval. Send the
package via UPS or insured Parcel Post, save the receipt and tracking
number until you hear from us or your return is resolved. No returns
after 30 days. COD returns are not accepted, please do not return items
by COD.
